I read an post on Judo forum about someone using old heavy bags to practice tomoe-nage sounds cool to me.
Made me think, it would be interesting to sew a gi onto a heavy bag and mount it on the floor and cieling with three springs ( kinda like a peace sign ). Wrap the bottom springs in cloth and stuffing ( to make legs )
Could make a cool way to do uchi-komi in between practice. |

... I can tell that you have been staying up until 3am thinking about all of these things.
Anybody have any old heavy bags?? Too bad the basement dojo isn't around.. this would be the perfect addition |
